Muskoka’s New Cable Park Attraction

Located at Deerhurst Resort, the park is open to guests and the general public

June 29, 2018 – MUSKOKA ON

Want to waterski, but don’t have a boat? Well, thanks to SWS Ski School at Deerhurst Resort, catching a wave has never been easier.

SWS has built a new cable park at Deerhurst Resort in the picturesque bay on Peninsula Lake. This cable system, which is open to guests as well as the general public, makes learning easy and fun.

The new cable park is not just for beginners; advanced riders can use the park to practice tricks or improve their rail-riding skills. Nail that 360-backside-nose grab over the in-water ramps, then turn around and master your next trick.

Grab a Group of Friends and Ride

Organize a fun day on the water with friends. You can rent the cable park for an hour for $150 (split between six friends that is only $25 per person), and take turns getting up and having fun. This isn’t your average ho-hum activity, this is water fun to the max!

Make it a Girls Night Out!

It is Ladies’ Night every Thursday, and SWS Ski School wants you to come try the new cable park no matter what your skill level; from the never tried befores to the masters of trickery. There is no cost for Ladies’ Night, but cash donations are accepted in support of local charities.

Fun. Check.
Good Cause. Check.

Ride & Dine

After a great day of riding the cables, head over to the Maple Patio Pub at Deerhurst Resort, one of the best patio views in Muskoka! The patio actually overlooks the cable park, turning dinner and drinks into a fun spectator sport.

If you like craft beer, try the Antler Ale – brewed exclusively for Deerhurst Resort by Muskoka Brewery. Pair with one of their delicious pizzas, or try their fish tacos; beer battered haddock, cabbage slaw, spicy tomato and corn salsa, cilantro and lime crème fraiche. Yum Yum!
