- $100 non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking
- Balance of value of reservation including resort amenity fee and taxes taken as a second deposit 5 days prior to arrival
- All changes subject to a $44 plus HST change fee. Any cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the deposit on file
