The District of Muskoka covers an expansive area of 6,475 square kilometers and encompasses several towns, including Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, and Huntsville, along with the townships of Georgian Bay, Lake of Bays, and Muskoka Lakes. Within Muskoka, you will also find the Wahta Mohawk and Moose Deer Point First Nations communities. The district is surrounded by the unspoiled wilderness of Algonquin Provincial Park to the North and the rugged Georgian Bay to the West, granting access to the Great Lakes and the Ocean.
