Artisan Chocolatiers in Bala
Calling all chocolate lovers! There’s an artisanal chocolate shop in Bala that’s creating delicious confections to satisfy every palate. Everything is made onsite and we work with the finest French and Belgian chocolate to make our creations. Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or buy a unique, locally sourced gift, you’ll find everything made on-site by Bala’s own chocolatier, Jim Jeffrey
Our showpiece are our eye-popping bonbon chocolates, handcrafted in coloured cocoa butter, shelled in Valrhona chocolate (France), and filled with delicious fillings including fresh ganache, fruit purées, nuts, and salted caramel. Customers can make up their own custom box of chocolates with our 20 signature flavours. We also offer a great selection of artisanal chocolate bars and other confections dipped in chocolate.
At Cacao Boys store in Bala, you can savor a luxurious hot drink from a selection of premium espresso coffees and teas. We’re proud to offer Belgian hot chocolates and mochas made from real chocolate, with no cocoa powders in sight! If you’ve never tried one, you must come and experience a genuine hot chocolate. Additionally, we bake cookies and brownies in-house and serve Screamy’s artisanal ice cream bars, also dipped in Belgian chocolate.
