Wednesdays, the Wharf comes alive as a hub of activity all day long. Every Wednesday from 9 am – 3 pm the Gravenhurst Farmer’s Market offers as plethora of vendors selling summer must-haves – from farm fresh foods and home baked pies, to tarts, goodies and unique Muskoka handmade clothing and home décor items. And if that wasn’t enough, you can even find a pretzel the size of your head!

Then Cockburn Square buzzes with the sound of loud pipes and hums with the excitement of the Gravenhurst Charity Bike Night. Come out and see the gleaming paint jobs, glistening chrome and custom bikes as this groups helps raise valuable funds for deserving charities across Muskoka. There are even special nights for kids, live music, draws and tasty food! Charity Bike Night runs on Wednesdays from mid-May to Labour day from 6:30 – 8pm.

The always popular Wednesday Night Ski Show
And that’s not all! There are even world class water-skiers showing off their tricks and flips! Grab your friends and family and come on down to see Summer Water Sports showcase the talents of their team. Fly board pirouettes, hydro foil tricks and even an 8 person pyramid are regular sights at this Muskoka tradition. Boston Pizza Gravenhurst sponsors this event and offers affordable family food and 2 patios to enjoy the summer sun. Time it just perfectly and you can catch the show while enjoying your lakeside dinner.
Visit the Muskoka Wharf Seven Days a Week
While the Wharf is rocking on Wednesdays, you can also visit any other day of the week to shop, eat or take in a cruise. In addition to these great events on Wednesday, you can also check out Sunset Salsa on Thursday in front of Muskoka Shipyards or visit the Muskoka Steamships and Discovery Centre 7 days a week. Plan a pirate cruise, see fireworks, check out events every weekend or just enjoy the view.
